Corrections and update alerts

If a code, stat, event state, acquisition method or version note has changed, include the page URL, the exact text that needs attention, the date or version of the change and a publicly checkable source. Screenshots can help, but an in-game notice, public developer statement or reproducible steps are usually more useful.

Copyright, trademark and rights requests

Rights holders and authorised representatives should identify the exact URL, explain the relevant right, state the requested action and provide enough information for us to assess authority. We review specific, reasonable requests and may correct, attribute, restrict or remove material where appropriate.

Privacy requests

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information that you voluntarily sent by email. Please identify the relevant message or page and share only what is needed. We may reasonably verify the connection between a request and the information involved.

What we cannot help with

• Stolen or banned accounts, payments, refunds, invalid codes and disputes on Roblox, Discord or another third-party service.
• Passwords, one-time codes, identity documents or payment details. We never need those details.
• Guarantees about rankings, drop rates, pulls, trades or in-game rewards. This site makes no such promises.

Response and communication

We prioritise requests based on clarity, risk and complexity. Security, privacy, copyright and obvious factual errors usually come first. Please do not send repeated messages, threats or malicious files; those messages may not receive a reply.
